Each episode will premiere live at the published start time, and participation in the live chat will only be available during the premiere. The content of each episode is recorded prior to the premiere.

How do I participate in the live chat?

Simply type into the chat box to the right of the video to join in the fun! Live chat is only available during the initial premiere of each episode. To participate, you'll need to sign into YouTube with a YouTube or Google account.

How do I ask questions?

You can ask product and recipe questions in the live chat, and our staff will answer as many as they can during the live premiere.

How do I share this with other people?

What does “Notify me” mean?

Once you have subscribed to Pampered Chef’s YouTube channel, you can click “Notify me” on any upcoming video to get notified by YouTube when premieres start. Notifications will be delivered through the YouTube mobile app or via email from YouTube, depending on individual notification preferences. You must be subscribed to Pampered Chef’s YouTube channel to get notifications.

How do giveaways work?

To be eligible for the weekly giveaway, complete the survey linked below the most recent episode. We will randomly select three winners from the completed surveys each week and contact them via email to notify them upon winning.

Why am I seeing ads before videos?

Ads support Pampered Chef with incremental revenue. The ads shown are selected by YouTube and not controlled by Pampered Chef. A “Skip ad” button will appear in the lower right corner of the video player frame a few seconds after each advertisement plays.
